  • VB.Net / VB 6
  • MS SQL Server 2000/2005
• Experience or knowledge in developing or using ERP Systems (Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Stock, Financial / Accounting, etc), HRMS, Payroll System and etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork, and hard worker.

System Support Engineer

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Commission application platform and provide 24×7 accurate and timely technical supports on critical problems and advisory service for customers.
• Communicate directly with customers while investigating or providing problem resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams to make quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all products and services offered by the Company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux/Window/Oracle system administration for telecom service applications
• Interested to pick-up all-round knowledge in operating computer / telecommunication platforms, like network management, security and data backup
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
